Vardhman® Abrasion Resistant Sheets are premium NR grade sheets for high abrasion, impact and corrosion resistance. The sheets are extremely flexible and durable, providing a high tear strength and excellent resilience. The outstanding properties like excellent resistance to cut, tear makes it more suitable for high impact and wear applications.

Vardhman® Butyl Rubber Sheets are impermeable to air and used in various applications requiring airtight rubber and offers outstanding resistance to gases, heat aging, oxygen, vapors, ozone, sunlight, abrasion and tearing. It has excellent resistance to acids and alkalis which makes it an essential product in Chemical & Fertilizer plants.

Vardhman® Insertion Sheeting is produced in different combinations of fabric and polymers to suit different applications. The Fabric In-lay helps to prevent stretching and boost the tear strength over without insertion grades.

Vardhman® EPDM Sheets provides outstanding resistance to oxidants, ozone, heat and harsh weathering making it ideal for general outdoor use and atmosphere exposure applications. These sheets also exhibit good resistance to many acids, chemicals and solvents including corrosive chemicals.

Vardhman® Food Grade Sheets are designed for edible industry application that requires non-toxic, tasteless and smell free solution. Vardhman offers food grade sheeting in different polymers depending on the application requirements.

Vardhman® General Grade Rubber Sheet is used in applications where no or very slight resistance to the properties are required. This is most popular type of rubber sheeting with the lowest prices available.

Vardhman® Hypalon rubber sheet has outstanding resistance to oxidation, ozone and weathering. It has excellent electrical properties and is resistant to fire and self-extinguishing in nature. Resistant to most inorganic chemicals, acids, oils and greases at even high temperature. The sheets are not suitable for fuel contact applications.

Vardhman® Neoprene Rubber Sheet is a highly resistant material and is used for a variety of outdoor and marine applications. Excellent resistance to weather & ozone with suitability to greases, inorganic salts, acid, water and many oils & chemicals makes it an ideal solution for outdoor use. The Neoprene sheets outstandingly performs over wide range of temperatures and also resist damages caused due to flexing or twisting. If compounded especially, Neoprene sheets can be designed for flame retardant uses as well.

Vardhman® Nitrile Rubber Sheet are designed to provide extra-ordinary fuel and oil resistance with high physical properties for longer service period in demanding applications. We also produce NBR rubber sheets in accordance with BS 2751 standard on requirement.

Vardhman® Natural Rubber Sheet is an excellent general purpose rubber which makes it suitable for almost all general as well as most dynamic applications. The sheet offers good mechanical properties like high resilience, low compression set, high resistance to cut, tear and abrasion etc. Natural rubber sheets also offer resistance to many acids, alkalis and salts.

When compounded especially, NR also has excellent electrical properties.

Vardhman® Skirtboard rubber is compounded using SBR/NR in order to minimize wear on surfaces impacted by solid Abrasive materials & Slurries.

Vardhman® Sponge Sheets are compounded of Natural rubber used in general sealing applications with limited cycles of compression.
